Kansas City BBQ Barbeque Dry Rub In Tin

Some say the barbecue capital of the world (although North Carolina might disagree), we picked up this recipe in my travels through Kansas City and made a few tweaks – it’s that awesome sweet smokiness that you would expect from a Kansas City rub – this is my total go-to rub on ribs, and it’s pretty freaking awesome on chicken wings too. Just toss pat-dried thawed wings in a big Ziploc bag with a few tablespoons, then pour onto a cookie sheet on parchment paper then bake till done. Finger licking good. Seriously.
Each tin is 2.5oz. Tin is great for gifting and refillable.
